Our accommodations are in the heart of nature, and we’ve described what you can expect to encounter, such as changeable weather and wild animals, on the page below.
On reservation

The weather is an integral part of the holiday. We do not cancel stays due to bad weather. Find out more in our dedicated article on “Spending a holiday in the great outdoors”.
Your safety will always be our priority. Should this be at risk, we will contact you to reschedule your stay.
It is possible to take out cancellation insurance with external service providers.
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of €60: €50 + €10 administration fee.
- Any cancellation or modification made less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay will result in the retention of the payment made and will not give rise to any compensation.
- Any interruption or modification of the stay: no refund will be given in the event of interruption of the stay in progress and 100% of the remaining stay will be due.
On the Spa
SPAs are available free of charge in all our couples accommodations. No SPA for family accommodation.

Yes, SPAs operate all year round and are heated to around 38°C.

General questions about accommodation
Home-cooked breakfasts are included for couples. For family accommodations, we can provide bread and pastries at extra cost.
Yes, of course! We encourage you to eat in your accommodation so that you can fully enjoy your experience.

Couples’ accommodations feature a private SPA. Family accommodations such as lodges do not have them.
