To do this, we wanted to make a commitment and take advantage of values that we believe in, to create an activity that reflects who we are and puts a smile on our guests’ faces. At Lo Rey du lac, our hearty breakfast is our pride and joy. Our family-run business makes a point of serving you a fresh, homemade breakfast every morning, to get your day off to a good start and end your stay with us on a high note.
We made this choice right from the opening of our accommodation: to offer you fresh, quality products, lovingly prepared by ourselves.
You’ll have the pleasure of tasting our delicious traditional brioche, entirely homemade and baked every morning at dawn. We include tasty homemade pastries in your breakfast basket, and vary the pleasures with new recipes every morning. Among the many delicacies made in our kitchen, you’ll find crêpes, pancakes, Breton specialties, cookies, brownies and shortbread. We take care of you by sharing our know-how and making our best pastries, most of them family recipes.
To add a touch of freshness to our breakfast, we offer a fresh fruit salad every day. We carefully select the best seasonal fruit, and your fruit salad is made just minutes before we bring your basket to you. At Lo Rey du lac, our greatest joy is treating you and seeing your smile when you return your empty basket !
Nature is an integral part of our business, and central to our corporate vision, because without it, our unusual accommodations could not exist. That’s why we’ve chosen to pamper and protect her. Our daily activities take us through a pine forest, a family estate that we strive to maintain and preserve.
To offer you total immersion in our privileged environment, we have opted to limit motorized vehicles. We have a parking lot where you can park your vehicle, but access to our unusual accommodations is on foot, right in the heart of our forest. You’ll have the chance to stroll through an incredible natural area, where numerous plant species flourish with the passing seasons.
At Lo Rey du lac, we live in harmony with nature. It is of the utmost importance to us. On a daily basis, this environment transmits so much energy, peace and good vibes that we owe it to ourselves and to you to preserve it. We are fortunate to live surrounded by forest animals. We assume that we live in their homes, not the other way around. That’s why we’re counting on you to respect them as much as possible by letting them evolve in their natural habitat. All our apartments are equipped with waste garbage cans for you to dispose of your garbage. Out of respect for our beautiful forest, we ask you to help us keep it clean.
The cleanliness of our is one of our daily missions. At Lo Rey du lac, cleaning is meticulously carried out every day by our team, after each departure. We don’t compromise on the quality of our service: our aim is to provide you with the very best.
That’s why our teams are on hand every day to thoroughly clean your accommodation. Showers and toilets are disinfected, and the kitchenette area, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and crockery are cleaned. The bed is completely made up and the sheets washed in professional machines. Towels and bathrobes are also renewed.
Our maintenance team also performs a complete cleaning of the private spa, as well as a thorough chlorine and pH check.
We leave nothing to chance : we put our professionalism and high standards at your service to ensure impeccable cleanliness. Before you arrive, we’ll do a final check of your accommodation to ensure that everything is in order and that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
