Is the Kota heated?

The Kota is not thermally insulated, but we provide two auxiliary heaters in winter, and an air conditioner in summer.

Les Bulles is open from March to October. Depending on the weather, we adapt our opening times to suit your needs.

All our unusual accommodations for couples, like our Bubbles, have a private SPA. It can be used and heated all year round.

The Kota

We call it a Finnish chalet, but it’s actually called a ” kota ” in its native Finland. Its special feature is its adorable hexagonal shape, which gives it all its charm. This warm, wood-clad accommodation is ideal as a refuge on cold, snowy winter days. We’re lucky enough to enjoy mild weather all year round, so we decided to turn our kota’s original use into a seaside cottage. Summer is an absolutely magnificent season in the Landes. We wanted to give it pride of place by decorating the interior of the chalet in shades of blue, reminiscent of the ocean.

Your adorable Finnish chalet welcomes you to a shady corner of our estate, between cork oaks and heather plants. A beautiful wooden terrace allows you to enjoy your breakfast in complete relaxation and take advantage of the spa in the evening.

Nordic charm in the heart of the pines

We’d also like to point out that all our accommodations are equipped with outdoor lighting and garlands, so you can relax in the Jacuzzi after dark.

The interior of our wooden chalet is intimate, warm and cozy, just like it. The nautical decor instantly immerses you in the relaxed atmosphere of a seaside vacation. Your fully-equipped accommodation features a sitting area, where you can read a book or relax, and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/minibar.

It is not possible to cook in our kota, but you can bring your own food or order one of our catered meal. To welcome you to our premises, we offer you two bottles of mineral water, coffee capsules, tea bags and herbal teas. A bathroom and toilet are located inside your home, for a comfortable service.
