Our gift vouchers have a minimum financial value of 225 euros, then a free amount.

They are not assigned to any particular accommodation. The person receiving this magnificent gift will be able to choose, according to the amount received, their accommodation on the desired date and add or not various services (drinks, meals, romantic box).

Our gift vouchers are valid for two years.

For everyone reservations are possible 24 hours before the dates indicated. Please refer to the minimum stay guide. (reservation only by e-mail or telephone).

In order to be able to issue gift vouchers on time, we do not accept any payment other than bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTRCARD).

There are no specific gift vouchers for accommodation. Again this year, all you have to do is choose a gift voucher amount. It will then be up to the person receiving your cheque to choose the accommodation of their choice.

Terms and conditions for gift vouchers

The use of gift vouchers implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. The following are named:

” the seller ” SARL Domaine du Rey using the Loreydulac brand,

” the customer ” , the purchaser of the gift voucher,

” the beneficiary “, the user of the stay.

1°) The purchase of a gift voucher from SARL Domaine du Rey /Loreydulac implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions by ” l’acheteur ” and ” vendeur “. The buyer  undertakes to forward them to ” beneficiary “.

2°) Gift vouchers are issued by the seller in digital form. They are numbered, unique and have a validity date indicated on the gift voucher. They have a variable face value which is chosen by the customer from the price list proposed by the seller. They are transmitted digitally to the customer after full payment. The customer is responsible for giving it to the beneficiary, along with all the information about the stay.

3°) Gift vouchers have a value that can be used to pay for all or part of the holiday. In the latter case, the beneficiary has the option of completing the amount of the stay by any means of payment used by  the seller. Any extras can also be paid for.

4°) The recipient of the gift voucher is solely responsible for its use. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced or reimbursed in the event of loss, theft, damage or expiry. Invoices are issued once the stay is over and are made payable to the customer. No invoice can be issued prior to the stay, only a receipt of payment can be provided on request.

5°) Gift vouchers are not transferable to a person other than the beneficiary without the prior agreement of the seller. The beneficiary of the gift voucher must be able to prove his/her identity and the possession of the gift voucher when he/she arrives to take possession of his/her accommodation.

6°) The gift voucher cannot be carried over to another validity period; in the event of non-use by the validity deadline, the gift voucher will be definitively lost.

7°) To book a holiday using the gift voucher, the beneficiary can check availability and current booking rules (minimum duration, for example) on the vendor’s website under the ” reservation ” tab. Reservations can only be made by e-mail. It will be valid once the seller has responded favorably by e-mail. From that moment, the stay will be reserved and cannot be modified, cancelled or reimbursed within 30 days of the date of the stay.

8°) By using the gift voucher, the Beneficiary accepts Lo Rey du Lac’s general terms and conditions of sale.
