1\u00b0) Regulations. For all bookings of one night in a bubble or cabin, a 100% deposit is required at the time of order. For stays of 2 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required and must be received within 8 days of our written confirmation of your booking request. In the event of non-receipt within the time limit, your option will be withdrawn. The balance must be paid on site during your stay. For gift vouchers, the full amount of the holiday offered must be paid when the order is placed. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable without prior agreement from SARL Domaine du Rey. Payments can be made by secure payment system (e-transaction), bank transfer, cheque, holiday voucher and cash.
\n2\u00b0) Tariff. Prices shown on the website or in our brochures are subject to change according to economic conditions or regulatory provisions. Prices are for : * for 2 people including breakfast, all taxes included for the bubble and hut, * for maximum 4 people and excluding<\/b> tourist tax for the Lodge and g\u00eete. Only the price shown on the rental contract or quotation is binding.
\n3\u00b0) Modification, cancellation of stay.
\nCustomer-driven. Cancellation of a reservation by the customer will become effective only after confirmation by e-mail or registered mail and its written consideration by Sarl Domaine du Rey.
\nCancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of \u20ac60: \u20ac50 + \u20ac10 administration fee.
\nAny cancellation or modification made less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay will result in the retention of the payment made and will not give rise to any compensation.
\nAny interruption or modification of the stay: no refund will be given in the event of interruption of the stay in progress and 100% of the remaining stay will be due.

\nIn the event of announced external events beyond our control, such as storms, we may have to modify or cancel your stay for safety reasons. We will then offer you alternative accommodation or postpone your stay to a later date within the next 12 months.
\n4\u00b0) Insurance. Sarl Domaine du Rey holds an insurance policy N\u00b040871886Y with Groupama. Before entering the accommodation, the customer must be able to present a valid third-party insurance policy.<\/p>\n
Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n
Access to accommodation is between 5pm and 7pm. They must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 7.00 pm, please let us know so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
\nAnimals.
\nPets are not allowed in our accommodations<\/b>.
\nUse of the premises.
\nGuests are responsible for ensuring that the premises remain peaceful. In particular, no noisy activities (games, festive meals, music, etc.) will be tolerated after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.<\/b>
\nThe accommodations have no individual enclosures and are set in 6 hectares of partially fenced private grounds. Guests are asked to stay close to their accommodations or to check with the owners for travel options. Without the owners’ permission, it is forbidden to approach other accommodations in order to preserve the occupants’ privacy.
\nVehicles are parked in a private parking lot at a distance varying between 50 (g\u00eete) and 300 meters (hut) depending on the accommodation.
\nBring appropriate footwear for outdoor activities. Customers are asked to bring their own slippers for use inside the bubble and cabin.
\nIt is strictly forbidden to smoke or light candles in the accommodation, as well as to bring in combustible materials such as stoves, kerosene lamps, barbecues, etc…
\nOutdoors, all incandescent materials may also be banned, including smoking during the red period (prefectoral decree in forest areas). The path to the accommodation is only partially lit at night. Consumption of alcohol on the site is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
\nWe take great care to ensure that our accommodation is clean and in excellent condition. We ask you to use them with due care and to return them in the condition in which you found them.
\nEquipment.
\nAll accommodations are equipped with high-comfort bedding, and each has full sanitary facilities connected to the mains drainage system (no dry toilets).
\nThe cabane and bubble have their own private SPA on the terrace.
\nThere are no safes in the accommodation and we advise you not to bring valuables into the accommodation.
\nDetails of equipment specific to each accommodation are available on request.
